Dear Maurizio,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write and thank you for all your
kindness while we were in Tuscany. You treated us like family and made our
vacation most memorable and so much fun. You took us to places we were
unaware of and gave us an educational tour as well as an exceptional
vacation. My family is all well, and we are all so grateful to you that we
were able to enjoy our trip to Italy. Even the little ones are still
talking about the trip and bringing “Show & Tell" things to school to tell
their classes about Italy. Again, I thank you for making our trip so
memorable and for taking such good care of us.

Maurizio, I wanted to thank you very
much for the wonderful tour you provided to my family. You had made all the
arrangements we had asked prior to our arrival, were extremely prompt in
picking us up, and made our day in Florence both fun and interesting. You
are very professional in your approach, but you are also extremely
personable. All of my family, ranging in age from 17 to 70, were impressed
with your abilities, and because of you, we had a great day. It is clear you
are very knowledgeable of both the Tuscany region and of Florence.
We are very grateful for the kindness you showed us.

You went out of your way to help us make travel arrangements from Florence
to Siena. You did not have to do this, but rather took your own time to help
us arrange transportation. The fact that you are able to very effectively
utilize technology enabled us to communicate even after our day's tour with
you had ended. Your recommendation was right on the mark, and made our stay
in Siena more enjoyable. |

Jim and I couldn't have been more pleased to be greeted at the ship by
Maurice and treated like royalty on our tour of Pisa and Florence. He was
just amazing with all the traffic and was able to get us into both the
Uffizi and the Academia Gallery without any wait. He would get us to a tour
site and would let us know where he would be at all times to pick us up. He
showed us to a quaint local restaurant for lunch. Maurice was a pleasure as
our guide and we would highly recommend a private tour with your company to
