Portofino is a small village in Province of Genova, known in the world for his beauty and luxury.
Portofino was founded by the Romans and named Portus Delphini, or Port of the Dolphin, because of the large number of dolphins that inhabited the Tigullian Gulf.
Statue of Christ of the Abyss,Church of St. George, housing some saints' relics and Oratory of Santa Maria Assunta, in Gothic style are the main sight to visit.
Pisa, is a charming city in Tuscany, known throughout the world for its famous Leaning Tower,( Torre Pendente). Pisa is also a university city and just as famous in academic circles for prestigious Univesities such as, La Scuola Normale Superiore which was founded by Napoleone in 1810. La Scuola Sant'Anna is also a world leader in robotics and attracts some of the best minds in the sector to Pisa.
The Historic Center of Pisa, is completely encircled by the city walls. Near Piazza dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles), we find the circular Battistero (Baptistery) - the largest of its kind in Italy, and Camposanto - (cemetary). This area of Pisa is known as the Campo dei Miracoli.
